ANDREA CERTO

Born in Milan, on 12th February 1967, Andrea Certo holds a degree in Management Engineering obtained from the Polytechnic of Milan. From 1992 to 1999 he has occupied a variety of positions in sales management worldwide (UK, France, USA) within Carrier Corporation, a leading international group in the air conditioning sector.
From 1999 to 2006, his position as Sales Manager for the Finlane group (machinery for the textile industry) involved him working with a number of historical brands from the textile machinery sector, such as Sant’Andrea Novara, Cognetex, and Seydel. In 2006, he was appointed General Sales manager for the joint venture between Finlane and French group N.Schlumberger.

FABRIZIO GIROTTI

Position: Industrial Director
Date of appointment: 2007

Born in San Giovanni in Persiceto (Bo) on 6^th November 1970, he graduated from high-school with an industrial and mechanical engineer’s diploma.
From 1990 to 2001 he covered a range of managerial roles within the logistic/production field at the group Titan Italia S.p.A., leading manufacturer of ramp brakes, idler wheels, monoblock wheels and rims for agricultural tractors and earth moving machinery.
Since 2001 he has worked as Plant Manager for the company "Fabbrica d'armi Pietro Beretta", world leader in the manufacture of defensive, hunting and sports weapons.

GIANCARLO GAGGIOLI

Position: Human Resources Director
Date of appointment: 2003

Born in Poretta Terme (Bo) on October 23rd, 1951. From 1975 to 1980, Mr. Giaggioli gathered significant experience in the management and administration area for employees in the SASIB group (Bologna), then in 1980, in the Menarini Autobus company (Bologna). Since 1987, he has been employed with the PM Group as manager of the Human Resources area.
