Since the beginning of summer, Luigi Vitaliano has taken up the management of the Spanish Oil & Steel branch based in Valencia.
Mr. Vitaliano, who has a vast experience in this sector, is appointed to a double hard task: to resist against extremely difficult economic circumstances and be prepared at the same time to seize the opportunities as soon as the Spanish market is back on its feet.
PM Oil & Steel Iberica, founded at the beginning of 2002, is operating through commercial agreements with freelance specialists on the territory and a network of partner workshops offering an after-sale service in line with the industrial group’s new strategies. Vitaliano says “Despite the downtrend of Spanish market, the Oil & Steel branch is getting important results”. This success lies in the care of the relationship with every customer. We cater to their individual needs with the aim to create a longlasting concrete fidelización to our products and a brand that has undergone a significant growth in Spain in recent years.”
Vitaliano places his hopes of inverting the current trend and gaining market share on the after-sale services. “We can grant a more efficient service to end customers by expanding the existing network of partner workshops. In order to improve the standard on offered and perceived quality, new organizational strategies are being worked out to optimize everyday tasks”
